Shipping + Returns
 

1.) Shipping is not included in the backdrop prices and will be calculated at the lowest possible rate, via UPS.
Returns are not accepted, unless UPS damages the backdrop in transit.
You have 24 hours after receiving your backdrop to report shipping damage. This timeline allows us to contact UPS
immediately and file a claim. It also helps us crack down on those who seek to use their backdrop one time and return it for no reason.

2.) Damage to your backdrop as a result of failure to follow the Use and Care Guide that comes with your backdrop is not the responsibility of Fine Art Backdrops.
You will not receive a refund or a replacement. We stand by the quality of our backdrops and the materials used to create them.

3.) In the event of shipping damage, please send an e-mail to: fineartbackdrops@gmail.com with the headline, “shipping damage”.
Please be careful opening the packaging so as not to damage the canvas (please do not use a knife).

**It is your responsibility to view the backdrop you intend to purchase on a calibrated monitor prior to buying it. We do not accept returns because the
purchaser failed to do so.

***All backdrops will be photographed with a generic light set up; including a 7ft white umbrella. No requests to photograph backdrops in multiple light set ups will be accepted.
